ALL "SALE" ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE OR IN A STORE ARE FINAL SALE
Azul Merrick Park wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our trained stylist specialists can help you find the perfect style.
We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your online or in store purchase, other than items designated as "on sale," within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are without any alterations, in saleable condition with all tags attached.
Returning in store purchases
Returnable items can be returned at our Azul Merrick Park store in Coral Gables, FL. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Credits will be issued in the original payment method. For all cash refunds a check will be mailed to you.
If you need further assistance on an item purchased in one of our retail stores please contact the store directly or contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returning online purchases
To return items purchased online, send the items, your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for the reshipment of the item to you. If you exchange an item(s) for a different item(s), you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment based on the value of the new items. Credits will be issued in the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges.
We recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.

Shipping Charges within the Contiguous U.S.
Free Shipping offer is valid on all orders shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground Shipping orders only. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. If you choose to ship Standard Ground and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive free shipping in on all destinations.
All orders are delivered by UPS or FedEx. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery, time please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.
Free standard delivery (typically 7-10 business days); $25 for two-day and $45 for next-day.
Shipments to Canada
$55. Delivery is within 4-7 days, though delays are possible due to customs. Orders shipped to Canada will incur additional duties and taxes as established by the Canadian government. These additional fees are collected by the shipping carrier and will not be reflected in your Rich Girl on Vacation invoice.
For your convenience, we include a return shipping label with all orders shipping within the contiguous United States. A $7.50 charge plus tax is applied to all shipments sent with our return label.
We mainly ship via UPS or FedEx .You will receive a tracking email from us when your package ships.
To all international shipping will be added to your Rich Girl on Vacation invoice as you designation.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
